Returns Policy

General Return Conditions
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include the return form with your package2.

Return Options

  1. Free Returns (Non-Outlet Items)
    • Available for standard collection items
    • Use the prepaid return label from your account
    • Drop off at designated collection points
  2. Outlet Returns
    • €1.95 return fee applies
    • Must include original outlet tags
  3. In-Store Returns
    • Available at all CasaSShoes.com partner stores
    • Present your order confirmation email
    • Immediate refund to original payment method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after receiving return
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Outlet return fee deducted from refund amount

Exchange Policy

  • First size exchange is free
  • Subsequent exchanges treated as new returns
  • Outlet items cannot be exchanged

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Worn shoes or shoes without original soles
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Opened shoe care products

Damaged/Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the issue
  3. Description of problem
